Coming SoonExamGuard — CDACC Assessment Compliance Engine
ExamGuard is KSBS's contribution to the quality of TVET assessment in Kenya. It analyses examination papers against CDACC standards and instantly flags compliance gaps across six dimensions — Curriculum Coverage, Theory/Practical Weighting, Bloom's Taxonomy rigor, Practical Structure, CDACC Standards Compliance, and final Moderation Verdict.
Safe HVAC Disposal Training for Licensed Scrap Metal Dealers
Kenya's HCFC phase-out took full effect January 1, 2026. Under the Montreal Protocol, every end-of-life AC unit arriving at a scrap yard must have its refrigerant gas recovered before the unit is processed. Yet 1,100 licensed scrap metal dealers currently operate with no training on safe gas handling — workers cut cylinders and gas escapes directly to atmosphere.
KSBS is closing this gap. Working through the dealer licensing office, we deliver a mandatory 1-day Safe HVAC Disposal Training as a prerequisite for annual license renewal. Recovery machines are deployed on-site. 100 dealers were trained in the pilot. The target is the full 1,100-dealer national network.
Industry Connections
